The Speaker,
Ondo State House of Assembly,
Parliament Building,
Akure,
Ondo State.

Dear Sir,
Attn: Rt. Hon Olamide Adesanmi Oladiji

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern that demands immediate action from the esteemed members of the Ondo State House of Assembly.

It has come to my attention, as a concerned citizen and indigene of Ondo State, that there are serious allegations of financial recklessness (7.3 billion naira contingency fund) within the state government. In light of these allegations, I urge the honorable members of the Ondo State House of Assembly to reconvene at the earliest convenience to address this pressing issue.

I respectfully request that the Assembly passes a vote of no confidence on the accounting officers of the state government implicated in these allegations. Furthermore, I advocate for the establishment of a special adhoc committee to conduct a thorough and holistic investigation into the case of financial recklessness. This committee must comprise individuals of unquestionable integrity, equipped to ensure a fair and unbiased inquiry.

The citizens of Ondo State place great trust in the House of Assembly to uphold transparency, accountability, and the overall well-being of our state. Therefore, I believe that a swift and comprehensive response to these allegations is crucial to maintaining public trust and confidence in our democratic institutions.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Ondo State House of Assembly will act promptly to address these concerns and uphold the principles of good governance.

Thank you for your commitment to serving the people of Ondo State.

Oluyemi Fasipe (@YemieFash)
