How can this be established?

👉👉 Easy Accessibility of Credit and Financing to Farmers; through the implementation of Policies that will permit genuine long term large scale commercial farming for food Production, as well as for export.
👉👉👉 Articulate a profitable policy on adoptive research to improve research and extension service efficiency.
👉👉👉👉Above all, I will articulate a plan for Sustainable Poultry, Fishery and Livestock Development to ensure rapid expansion and boost the income of Farmers in these aspect.
