CHILDREN’S DAY: OGUNMOLASUYI PROMISES MORE LEGAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN

……Urges parents to prioritize home training and proper education

As Children’s Day is celebrated across the world today, the majority leader of Ondo State House of Assembly, Honourable Oluwole Emmanuel Ogunmolasuyi, has extended warm wishes to every Nigerian child, particularly, those from the sunshine state.

As a father who adores his own children, Ogunmolasuyi stressed the importance of parents living up to their responsibilities and training them to be useful for society.

The majority leader said, “for everything we achieve on earth, the major legacy we leave behind are our children who carry on other legacies. My heart goes out to all the wonderful children God has blessed every parent with and I plead with parents to ensure proper upbringing of their children with the right morals”.

“While today happens to be children’s day, it should not be the only day we celebrate our kids, but at all times. We must also ensure we instill discipline and proper education in them.”

In celebrating with the children, Ogunmolasuyi, who has been elected for a second term, urged every parent to be more accountable and ensure no child is treated better than the other saying : “parents must treat their children equally and recognise that every child has a unique ability”.

The lawmaker who promised to continue to reach out to as many children as possible, as he has always done through his foundation, which has provided educational opportunities for students at all levels, vowed to also support and promote every law aimed at making life better for the children.
