- Inclusive Governance: prioritization of inclusivity. Ensuring that the voices of all citizens, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, or social background, are heard and represented in decision-making processes. By creating avenues for public participation, such as town hall meetings and consultations.
- Transparent decision-making: Adopting a transparent decision-making process to ensure accountability and build trust among the people of the state. This includes making information readily available to the public, publishing budgets and expenditures, and implementing strong anti-corruption measures.
- Proactive development initiatives: How about prioritizing infrastructure, education, healthcare and more expediently agriculture to improve the quality of life for the people of the state.
- Attracting investors: making efforts to create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive is another key plan.
- Collaboration with stakeholders: collaborating with various stakeholders, including traditional rulers, community leaders, civil society organizations, and the private sectors, to effectively address the needs and challenges of the people. To do this, there is need for the establishment of advisory councils and regular engagement with these groups.
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation: Establishing a system for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of its policies and programs to ensure that they are achieving the desired outcomes is key. This will help in making necessary adjustments and improvements in a timely manner.
