…..Says committee will continue to witness positive growth
The newly elected chairman of the South-West Legislative Reform Implementation Committee (SLRIC) and Majority Leader, Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Oluwole Emmanuel Ogunmolasuyi (WEST), has promised collective leadership for the forum.
Hon. Ogunmolasuyi, in a letter of appreciation signed by him and made available to TheReports, promised to ensure an all inclusive tenure that will bring about unique innovations and improvement in legislative procedures across the region.
Being an experienced lawmaker who embarks on innovative projects, he expressed the confidence that he will play a crucial role in positioning the forum to engender a broader awareness among people about the importance of legislation in society.
The ODHA majority leader believes his mentorship under his predecessor and the immediate past Lagos State House of Assembly majority leader, Hon. Oyeniran Agunbiade, has put him in good stead for the task ahead.
“I promise to up my game and ensure I surpass my predecessor to maintain standards.
“I appreciate prestigious individuals who made my unanimous election possible. From the immediate past speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Bamidele David Oleyelogun, to other former southwest speakers.”
The majority leader also appreciated the current leadership of ODHA, led by Hon Olamide Oladiji, and present southwest speakers, who all agreed to his chairmanship responsibilities.
Hon. Ogunmolasuyi while dedicating his victory to God and the people who made it possible, commended the efforts of all members of the Ondo State House of Assembly, members of staff and the people of Owo Constituency 1.
