Excellence in development is an integral concept inherent to the vertical and lateral building process. In order to achieve excellence, all the elements of development like vision, goals, leadership and implementation should be excellent.
If development is our top priority as a government, it is the duty of our citizens and residence expatriates to contribute to the success of the process. This can be achieved only if every citizen feels he or she is part of the developmental process (COLLECTIVE RESCUE MISSION).
Our younger generations will not only be taught the spectrum of available knowledge, we will ensure that they acquire and master pratical skills for competency to be able to stand for the future to come.
