DR. PAUL AKINTELURE
An indigene of igbotako in Okitipupa local government Area of Ondo state, Nigeria. He was born to the family of Akintelure on the 7th of July 1962 in igbotako, Okitipupa, Ondo state.
A professional doctor per excellence and a vibrant and nonconformist politician. An hardworking man with twelve years experience in the Educational and medical sector. He was once an auxiliary teacher at lubokun comprehensive high school, Ondo state. Also a medical doctor in various hospitals in lagos state. He is currently a medical director at Broad hospital and maternity home, ikotun, Lagos.
An alumnus of the University of ibadan, ibadan, oyo state. With BSc in Medicine.
He became the secretary of igbotako student union in 1977-1980. Also, became the pioneer president, ikale vanguard 2001-2004 and pioneer president, igbotako development Forum in 2004-2011. He was also a member of Nigeria medical Association and AGPMPN.
As a politician and a vibrant APC card carrier, He was once a member of UPN in 1980, a member of SDP in 1992, Also, a member of AD in 1992. He was also of the AC members in 2001. He later came out in 2011 as the senatorial candidate of AC in Ondo South senatorial District. Also, a Deputy governorship candidate of Ondo state in 2012 under the ACN party. 2016, He became the APC governorship aspirant of Ondo state. He was a member of the state campaign Council and secretary of the Okitipupa/ irele federal constituency campaign Council in 2022. He was also the secretary of the TINUBU/ SHETTIMA independent campaign Council, under reconciliation and regulation in 2022 and member of presidential campaign Council under logistics and support 2022.
He has also built an empowerment projects on some indigenes and non indigenes of Ondo state.
He has received numerous awards for excellence. Among them are LEADERSHIP AWARD-ASIWAJU GRASSROOT FOUNDATION.
PROFESSIONAL MERIT AWARD-NUJ OSUN STATE.
ENDURING LEADERSHIP AWARD-NUJ ONDO STATE and many more.
Due to his dignity, he receives the title of OTUNBA OF IKALE LAND in 2005. Also, the OTUNBA OF OSOORO LAND In 2006.
His hobbies are, Reading and politics. He is very friendly, fearless and fierce.
He is blessed with a wife and children.
